Urbana, Iowa (PRWEB) January 18, 2012

With Monday, Jan. 23 considered among the most stressful days of the year, Aura Cacia a national source for natural and organic essential oils is calling on Americans to take a moment for themselves when times are most stressful through its National Moment of Chill initiative.

In pursuit of a moment of sanity, Aura Cacia is encouraging harried Americans to collectively break for 15 minutes at high noon or rather, Sigh Noon on Monday, Jan. 23. Many have considered the second to last Monday in January each year as Blue Monday, the saddest day of the year, as New Years resolutions slip away, holiday bills come due and the sparkle of the holidays has passed.

Welcome to the National Moment of Chill. Were calling on everyone within range of our tweets, Facebook posts, website and emails to join us in our movement, Merten continued. Just chill out for 15 minutes on the 23rd. Inhale neroli essential oil to provide clarity, inner-strength and improved awareness. Take a walk. Stretch. Practice yoga. Massage lavender on your temples. Meditate. Play with your dog. Hug your loved one a minute longer.

By joining Aura Cacias Facebook page, individuals can learn more about National Moment of Chill, pledge to chill, find friends who have pledged and sign up for a chance to win free essential oils and other personal care products to help them chill.

The Six Most Stressful Days of the Year

Aura Cacia recently formed a blue ribbon panel it called The Committee of the Stressed including moms and dads, people with long commutes, workers with micro-managing bosses, people who watch a lot of cable news and college students whose only chance to do laundry is 11:30 at night to share what they feel are the six most stressful days of the year. Input was received. Votes were tallied.
